John L. Fritz Building

501-503 Georgia were the first set of buildings John L. Fritz erected in Louisiana that we know of. A recap of the 1873 improvements seen in Louisiana states that “J. L. Fritz, corner 5th and Georgia streets, two two story brick stores. $3,000.”1
